Cursor can only move in desktop resolution?

Here's an interesting problem that I've been experiencing since Day 1. Every time I boot the game up, it boots in 1920 x 1080. Problem: My desktop is 1280 x 720, and for whatever reason, when it boots, is uses that resolution as well. This ends up with the game booting in 1920 x 1080, but creating an invisible border past 1280 x 720. where I can't access any of the lower functions, like options and logging in and the like.

Basically, the game opens in 1920 x 1080, but my mouse can only move in 1280 x 720. It's quite annoying.

Any fixes for this?
