Cap on Accumulated Item Stats ?

Howdy Guys,

I read somewhere i the forum that up-to 24% ArP is good, as its good enough to get 100% damage on the biggest baddest boss out there but anything more than that is useless.

So my question is,

Do we have max usable number for each accumulated item stats ? If we have something like that, then depending upon our character class, build and play-style we can improve our character and our play-style by adjusting the maxed-out stats.

If you have found anything from your experience, all of us will appreciate if you share it with the community.

Power

Critical Strike

Armor Penetration
24% ??

Recovery

Defense

Deflect

Regeneration

Life Steal

Movement

Also, if you are giving stats on %, how are you calculating this percentage ?

Is it : ( Total # of individual Stat / Total # of all combined Stats ) X 100 % ?

or is there any other formula ?

    Power doesn't cap - 25 power = 1 dmg/heal if I'm not totally wrong.

On other stats... is it kinda class related? Or in general?
(only checked other classes for some better teamplay - got stucked at clerics...)

The 24% ArPen is the 24% more armor bosses have.
Same so at PvP - you use ArPen to encounter Armor (aka Defense/Deflect) benefits.
So if you have 25% ArPen and enemy got 25% Damagereduction, it should be almost same as 0% ArPen : 0% Damagereduction.
