According to the tooltip, all impact shot does or is supposed to do is push your target a little backwards. it has no stun or daze effects. we can even use our encounter powers while getting chain hit.
Then why the hell can't i enter in stealth while getting chain hit by it? It is a wrong game mechanic that needs to be addressed.

I don't have problem with the dmg or range, but once u get hit by one u are bound to be hit by the rest, it provides a zero chance for people to outplay.
A proper change would be that each impact shot only has a percentage chance to have the push back/stun effect, so it is not that dummy proof.

If your target has low latency and your latency is about 200-300, it'll be able to cast skills/dodge in between impact shots. If you have 200+ ping and TR stars to Impact Shot you - enjoy your permanent "Can't perform while disabled" till the death.

But it treats it more like a half a second stun. allowing for consequative hits. ( a proper root you can still use abilities, just not abilities that moves your character and cannot move yourself)
If you're stealthed, it stuns. Plenty of people avoid it when I'm not stealthed and careful, and often, a GWF, GF, or DC steps between us and it barely fazes them. It's great for tearing up CWs and TRs, but so is most anything.
TRs complaining about TRs. That's new. Now maybe you can realize how classes like DCs or CWs constantly feel ingame because they cannot hide in stealth 90% of the PVP match time and are hit by impact shots permanently throughout the match.
Threads like this make me feel like the best way to fix PvP is to remove all CC effects from all abilities for all classes onlywhentheyareusedinPvP and boost the damage of those abilities (again, only when used in PvP) to make up for the lack of CC.

I've been noticing that for Impact Shot, the root effect is applied almost immediately the moment the dagger is thrown, while the damage and knockback effect are applied when the dagger actually hits the target.
The root effect probably should only be applied when the dagger hits the target (together with damage and knockback)
Took a look at the power and it is a bit out of sync. There is a root effect present for a better sense of impact, but it was triggering too early and lasting a tad too long. Updated both to better bring it in line with what it's visually doing.
Apparently IS applies the root before it hits when it's not supposed to. It's been fixed in module 2.
Impact is like a mini roar. Puts ur junk on pause mode. So they can get one more encounter in

yeah impact shot is annoying i play a tr in pvp and don't use it because i think it doesn't take much skill to spam shot people with 5 impacts if you have shadow strike slotted. I hope they take away the charges for stealth and maybe add a stun from stealth but who knows. What actually bother me more though is when ITS bugs when a gf or something prones you that is a deal breaker for me.

I don't care how but when I enter stealth there are a lot of folks that can just chase/target/cc/kill.
So blame the devs for leaving that in and don't complain when tr's build for 2 shot kills.
