Feywild Pack - question about AD

When I purchased the Feywild Pack one of the things promised for the price was an amount of 600 000 diamonds.
When that was not provided upon purchase I understood that I would only get that once I reach level 60. But now I have three chars level 60 and no 600 000 diamonds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that just a ripoff, false and misleading advertising? Or is there some secret, unadvertised function to get those promised diamonds?????????

    I think you have to pick them up in Protector's Enclave from a specific vendor or something. Not sure as i have never bought a Pack.

    They are account-wide & don't go to a character automatically (in case you have multiples & want to share it around) - check the zen/ad exchange, they are held there until you withdraw them.

    Ah yes, there you go. Click that little Z with the diamond next to it at the top of your screen then withdraw it from your account.

    purchased pack AD is provided by way of the zen exchange - that is the third option from the left at the top of your screen. as described above, it is the circle with the Z and diamond icons inside. towards the bottom of the window on the first or second tab is your exchange wallet and a withdraw button. you should see your 600k AD there. all of your characters in your single account have access to the same exchange wallet, so you can withdraw this from one character or divide it among all of your characters if you so choose.
