    It depends. I mostly solo, but don't bosses currently have a chance to drop a shard in addition to whatever gear? I know the first boss of CT does and think Vansi does as well. If so, the Mark may replace that or be in addition to it. It would be hard to find out without getting a group together to do epic runs on Preview. The bosses ought to drop more stuff, regardless.
