crescendo should require a target

it bugs me that crescendo can be activated (and wasted) when not targeting anyone. savage advance requires a target, why doesn't crescendo? it hits a single target.

    Meh...i removed crescendo in pvp for that very nature.

    Also you can start the animation and someone can interrupt it/knock down...bye ap...nice knowing you for no return.
