Anything new?

So I stopped playing this game about 5 months ago and was wondering if there is any change to the end game?. Any new Gear or Dungeons or level cap raised?.

    Next module is coming on December 5th, which will introduce Valindra's tower. There are artifcats that are being introduced that are like trinkets that have a 3 minute cooldown on them. You are allowed to be able to equip 3 at the same time. The artifacts give you stat bonuses and other effects such as heals over time.
