So, now that we have got our toons leveled to 60 what now? Is this going to be the cap? If so, why do we get XP when we run things? Too many questions and not enough answers.......

continued XP is for the leveling of your companions. for now 60 is the level cap, but you have the sharandar boons to acquire from the feywild campaign system. soon, you'll have shadowmantle boons as well. at level 60, depending on what your preferences are, some people like running dungeons. others like the pvp element. there's gauntlegrym available to you at level 60 if you're in a guild. if that content doesn't interest you, there is a lot of user generated content available in the foundry. and if that still doesn't interest you, you might be in the wrong place. good luck!

Make another toon and lvl up to 60!! Unless you are 100% satisfied w/ your class and how it plays. In that case, do what melody said :)

Actually leveling up is quite fun. It does have this "aim to realise" effect, what endgame content is missing. Actually i even leveled up character just to.. delete it and level up new one from beginning. Ah if we could have chance to "reset" our char... we could keep all our rare/epic stuf, companions and mounts, just start our journey again from level 1.
We could even make some nice background story about that for RP, like some kind of total amnesia, and our toon could discover what happend to him/her during leveling up again.

I really hope there isn't a rise in level cap. The boon system/permanent upgrade system is brilliant and makes me want to play much more and enjoy it that a continuously raised level cap. I hate continuously chasing new pieces of armour when it can be modified instead by the character stats and is something I really hope cryptic will build on

The level cap will be eventually raised, this game is inspired to DnD4th edition, and the level progression has been translated with a x3 from PnP. Current level 60 is supposedly equal to level 20 of PnP. Considered that PnP extends up to level 30 (epic levels) and that those levels introduce a new level of customization, "the Epic Destinies" (similar to Paragon Paths), I think it's safe to assume that this game has the possibility of expanding up to level 90 with future "expansions" ecc...

I feel like the game is better off holding the 60 cap. One of the reasons this game was so enjoyable was because it was such a fast leveling game, and once you got to 60 you had lots of team based dungeons, pvp, ect. that people would all be doing as well. If the level cap would be raised, there would be less people maxed to que up or party for different things like this. It would also de-motivate new players from joining and reaching max level because they would be stuck with a longer grind, plus they would have all that more time having low player q-s for pvp/dungeons/skirmishes till they reach max level. Plus, I don't even want to think about how the market would be with harder dungeons providing even higher lv gears.

I doubt they'll raise the level cap if for no other reason than the fact that it will play havoc with existing level 60s that have already finished whatever modules have been released. Say they raised the cap with Module 3. All of the people that have finished the first two would have to grind out the repeatable quests just to get more XP while new characters would continue to level (assuming the game isn't keeping track of XP gained after 60 and characters would be grandfathered in - which would defeat the whole idea of gaining those levels through quests.) Additionally, the module enemies are all leveled at 60, yet anyone running through them would be leveling up. By the time a new character got to third zone of Sharandar, they'd be far past the level of the enemies. The Dread Ring would be a joke. The dungeons would have to be rescaled or else farming would get completely out of hand.

Everything in the game is designed around the current level cap. It takes a long time to release one module, roughly the same size as a leveling adventure zone. How long would it take them to make enough content for 30 more levels?

Something I've recently started doing and am thoroughly enjoying is looking for fresh 60s that are hitting their first epic dungeon and then ''escorting'' them through them. As long as they listen to me it is enjoyable. The gratuity from most of them after I've talked them through the run is rewarding. Lots of thank yous. True, some refuse to listen but very quickly the other party members will start jumping on the rogue character when they realise my advice is actually working and it helps get them in line. And as a Cleric there is a nice RP element to it as I am this selfless guiding light, looking after and guiding my little ''newbies''.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

Gratz, and just leave to a,other MMO now, this one is plahued by the chinese farmers. Not only the zone chat, but also the trade chat. Every second or third post is by a chinese farmer trying to sell his not-legir gold.
It used to be only the zone chat, everyone complained about that and neither devs nor admins did anything. Now all the chats are soiled by the chinese farmers. Just leave to another MMO.

Hah....if you left MMOs solely based on chat channels, you'd be out of games to play in a week.
