cannot recieve mail

I have tried to mail myself and could not receive the message. I tried mailing a guildmate and he received it, but when he attempted to respond to my mail I did not receive a response. Please help! Mail system is important!

    same here :( i did a complaint in-game using GM help but it's been 2 weeks and nothing's changed.

    the ingame mail box has a limited size.
    the number of mails that contain goodies, is much smaller then the number of mails without included stuff.

    empty/remove one of those mails and try sending again, and you know if it's full or not

    Exactly.

    Module 2 will be including a more clear indication whether or not your mail is full but if you are not able to receive mail from players then chances are your mailbox is full. Delete some messages and things should start to function again.

    If it does not then let us know. :)
