Canot log into Neverwinter Client or Gateway

On trying to log into game trough Client I receive: "Too many attempts, try again later."

Attempting to log into gateway, "One-Time Code" never comes and keep getting "One-Time Code" window much more frequently, why do we need it? Why not use a code generation app like blizzard that we can download onto our smartphones and use, if security is that much of an issue. My email provider has made me change my password since I keep getting so many email from PerfectWorld "One-Time Code", yeah, "One-Time Code", NOT!

And if I cannot log in I lose my celestial coins, yeah that is my fault, NOT!

Need HELP, what is up?

I think the one time code thing happens every time you clean your computers cache ,if it isn't that then maybe your account has been compromised? if I was you I'd contact support urgently .
