Where is shadow wolf?

After many many tries of CTA, a shadow wolf appeared in my Treasure chest... i clicked accept all, and left the dungeon.


I check my inventory, and there is no shadow wolf, I checked my mail, and there is no shadow wolf.



I am very upset, as I FINALLY got a wolf, but it's not in my inventory.... :mad: I can't believe this, I feel so upset.

Where does the shadow wolf appear / go to (inventory, mount inventory)??

please help.... extremely upset.

    It should be in your regular inventory.

    Send in a ticket to support give an approximate time that you got the wolf , they will be able to look into your account logs , see exactly what drops you got and if you won a wolf but didn't get it for some reason they may rectify it .

    Any chance it ended up already slotted in your mount slot? If it was empty when you looted the chest It might of ended up there.

    Thank you, i've done just that with approximate time and date. I hope they do something because I've spent the entire event time (almost) running this thing.. and i finally got it.. and then THIS happens.. It's the ultimate pie in the face and i'm extremely angry right now. I feel so trolled.

    omg thank you sockmunkey!!!! the shadow wolf was already equipped (but i didnt equip it myself, so strange), no wonder it didn't show up in my inventory!!!

    yeah, the mount slot under my name was covered by other HUD material, so I COULDN'T SEE IT on my screen either!! A friend told me to press the mount button, and low and behold... the wolf showed up!!
