Lost Ancient Dagger (main hand) from buying in auction house

i buy out from auction house at 510,000 AD and the AD already gone but i do not have my ancients dagger

i try using summit ticket and this is what i get from reply,

and i try summit it through bug report but there's not ticket been made or i do not know where to find this ticket i summited couple days ago

Read it again. You have said you did everything you are supposed to. From this point, you will either magically find the item in your bag one day (doubtful, I am surprised they admitted a known bug), or you will never hear anything from them until maybe we all see something like

"fixed a known bug In Auction House where people win and pay for items but never receive them"

this happen when people fund bug and don't report them, but abose of it. did you remeber the name of the seller? maybe this can help them track the transaction. Don't post the name here, because is agaist the rule, but send it via the in game help. For now you can only hope the dagger is lost in the mail system and maybe after 1 maint he will magically come to you

what I suggest is send yourself a mail from a mailbox. since beta there has been a bug where sometimes a message will not show up in mail. but if you send your self a mail saying hi maybe containing an item sometimes any other messages caught in the aether such as the one with your dagger or AD.

To my experience, they might fix that possible bug, in 6 months or so. They don't fix player specific problems, all they do is send e-mail saying "make a bug report" and the famous one "we're sorry..". Lost item is a lost item, experienced it too

The problem is i lost my AD too, my friend lost 2 tier 2 GF armor that we hunted and that's the reply we get.. we don't care can farm again... but i lost my AD that's the problem
