Shard of the the Endless Avalanche disappears when dazed

Though this was fixed a few patches ago, but it's back!

    Yes, I've noticed this happens when another CW chokes me with Entangling Force... my shard disappears.

    I saw the fix listed awhile back but haven't tested it. There's a reason my wizard avoids Mind Flayers...
