"Warlords of Destruction" Now Recruiting!

Hello everyone, and thank you for visiting this recruiting post.
We are Warlords of Destruction, a guild dating back to the original Halo: Combat Evolved clan. We formed about a month ago on the Neverwinter servers and have been recruiting active new and old members of any level. We believe that everyone should have a chance to show themselves regardless of their gearscore or level. Some of our founding members joined us when they were only level 5, but in a month's time these members are now some of the most knowledgeable people we know.
We are a very friendly and helpful guild that tries to help members with what we can. Be it advice, an item, a build, or anything else that you may need help with, we are here to help. We are currently 400+ strong, but we constantly seek members who are eager to learn from one another and make mistakes. If you claim that you are an expert, chances are you are not. Be it a game, or life, you are always learning and this is the kind of people we are looking for. Our goal is to go beyond just the game and build real life relationships and friendships that will stretch for years to come.
We do not care if you are an expert in PVP as that is a self-centered aspect of one's self. What we care about is that you are a team player, help your friends, and never abandon your team (PVE) no matter the cost.
Now that you got this far, our guild is split into two halves. We have players who are always active during the US time and when the US members go to sleep, the other half, EU players get on.
We have an average of 17 - 30 members online daily, 24/7. We are expecting this number to go up once the next big update goes live. We also have our own dedicated Team Speak 3 server and a guild-bank available to all members.
Our guild is structured into a variety of ranks with each having their own responsibilities. Everything we do is to help our members with what we can. If we can help players make better choices to how to build your characters the better player and asset you'll be to the guild. Any new discoveries, finds, builds, and updates the guild always comes first.
As far as alignment, we are Delzunes. I am not sure why it's such a big deal to majority of players, but there you have it.
FOUNDRY:
We welcome players who don't intend on playing the game, but can make foundries that are specifically geared for certain aspects of the game or a guild. We understand the time and patience it takes to make a foundry and as such offer special perks to foundry developers. We are currently looking for 2 foundry developers. You don't have to play to join.
EVENTS:
We currently do not have any events running, but we do plan on running them soon enough. We understand that once players reach a certain point in the game, they get bored. Our objective is to fix that through events and foundries.
ALLIANCES:
Much of the information that we learn is though interaction with other people or guilds. We would like to form alliances with other guilds who are interested in running dungeons together. If you are ever short on people, or just want to hang out together let us know. We are looking to expand our relationships to other guilds that may want to participate in future events.
All major events and updates will be posted in the game and on Neverwinter forums. We currently do not have a website, but that is the next step for us.
