Mission Summary: A true magic item that allows the changing of the past and future must be destroyed before falling to evil intent, but getting to it will be a challenge.

COMBAT:
All combat is optional, about 20% is unavoidable.
STORY: for the story-lovers - a compelling story with character motivation: a “do or die” scenario.
PUZZLES: There are three insidious puzzles which can be solved logically or via combat. You get only one chance at a correct answer.
SYNOPSIS: An ancient magical artifact has been locked away in the Black Keep because of its stunning power, and the entrance to the keep made magically sealed and secret, but has been discovered by an elusive adversary. You are beseeched by the Clerics of Lurue to find and destroy the artifact before it can be used for evil intent. But getting to it may be a very challenging proposition as Neverember’s Guards are having a difficult go at it.
Three months in the making, this is currently a stand-alone quest and will be made part of the three-part campaign once the final chapter is completed.

Post script: note that the map is “stupid simple” - this is a Keep, not a dungeon, maze, or sewer. It’s intentionally designed to be a straight line. This quest is about story and getting from point A to point B and surviving the trip.
