Item stuck in Mailbox.. can't open, delete or spam. Mailbox ixon

Hello.. I have an item from December of last year in my mailbox in game(not even sure if I played then_. It's been like this since after Caturday. I can't delete it, open or spam it. It just doesn't go away and my notification icon is lit up 24-7. I've reported this bug numerous times and still it has not been fixed. Please resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.
