Hi, im not a tr, never have been, never will be.

All i want to ask is out of pure curiosity, how do trs personally feel about upcoming module 2?

I mean, are u afraid of being pushed back by buffed gwfs (who btw really do needed those buffs) or new Ranger, who in theory seems like a dps hoe....adding to his range/melee modes and party buffs.

So can we get a discussion about tr future in module 2? Not being an *** or anything, im just curious how trs are reacting to changes proposed to the game in module 2.

I do not dwell on the evolution of my enemies. I will continue to dispatch of any opposition that crosses me. You see, the transition from life to death is our design. Which is why we are so efficient at imposing this on others.

Personally I'm not too worried about the buffed GWF's. They're getting the buff they deserve, IMHO. There are still a variety of ways TRs will be able to dispatch or at least stalemate an Iron Vanguard GWF. We've got DF that gives us 2 seconds of CC immunity. So if we pop DF's last strike at the right times, we're safe. We've got ITC, we've got Stealth, we've got Smoke Bomb which may not be all that useful once the GWF goes Unstoppable. Rangers will be more trouble, though. They've got a lot of utility skills that matches that of a TR and CW. In the hands of a calculating and smart player, Rangers can be scary. But it requires careful building and a strategic play style. Players who have played with both TR's and CW's should have no problem adapting to the ranger.

But all in all, I'm stoked. The new module will bring about a lot of changes, and some may break the current stasis of the game and give us new things to adapt to. It will be a whole new learning curve to tackle and it'll be fun for sure.

I have a question about my lvl 60 Trickster Rogue.

I bought a pair of epic Ice shard daggers and I am unable to put the second one in the off hand slot.

I can't put a rare weapon in that slot either, but I can put an uncommon weapon there however ..
    is there a reason why?

I think I've seen TR daggers with the tag "Main-Hand Only" in their description. Might want to double-check the daggers' descriptions to make sure that's not it.
Kerensa Loreweaver, level 60 DC | Rilla Turtledove, level 60 CW | Calvin Meriwether, level 60 TR
Kaylee Krankenwagen, level 60 GF | Tavandruil Wayfinder, level 49 GWF | Aldith Langley, level 51 HR

Check the weapons description and make sure it does not say "Main Hand only". If the weapon has an Enhancement and a Weapon enhancement, then it can only be used for the Main Hand, not your Off Hand.

Can't say I'm leaving my rogue due to some nerfs/buffs to other classes and lantern of revelation. I love my rogue, but I'll obviously buy additional character slots and level a ranger. I'm a archer/ranger admirer and I play one in every MMORPG I put my hands on, so...

Meh at the lantern of revelation. Personally I'm not too worried about but it turns out to be a pain then they've successfully made TR TAB into a useless skill (shouldn't happen though).

Hello All. I made a Rogue, cannot find any guide for this game regarding subclasses. Does they exist? :)

Any help regarding the lvl up of the char will be welcome, or any link to the info.

    Thank you

Over all, I find that it is.... an interesting set of changes, though I already see where some of the WK skills will only server to get the class heavily nerfed again. As it stands on Test/Preview, I can now stay in Stealth, while using attacks for a full two cycles of A.P bar/meter, without having to apply high Recovery gear, or use my Battlefield Skulker gear. With things working as they are now, the people who were doing long term stealth, will now have 2-3 times that stealth time and 2-4 times the damage output capability.

HK Daily is in all usefulness, another Lurker's Assault, but with better Stealth regen while attacking. Apply HK daily, remain hidden, and Duelist's along with other At-wills now rapidly increase your Stealth meter for about 4 seconds. If I had my Battlefield Skulker's gear on and a bunch of Recovery gear, I would likely have been able to remain in full combat for, who-knows... maybe 4 full A.P regens or more..... And all that, without having to use Lurker's Assault at all, just SS, BnS, and HK daily. The features I used had no effect on Stealth, just on A.P regen, they were Tactics, and Razor.
Some things are meant to remain lost.

I'll continue with my tr as it is after the update, as I enjoy playing it the way it's set up now and I'm not really worried about any changes to other classes........yet

We're prolly going to get bounced around by GWF like a ragdoll with the amout of gap closer and prones they get from iron vanguard but yeah aside from that I'm not too worried... yet :)

I haven't really looked into other classes for module 2 (aside from HR a bit). Personally, I'm liking the new path. I have 3 60 TRs and each have their own style and definitely making one a Whisperknife. I did several PVPs on the Preview Shard using the Whisperknife path and it was (imo) a steep learning curve to switch to coming from MI path - most notably of course, the lack of ITC. However, I did find that HR's are quite fun to toy with in PVP (and kill ;) ).

I hear a lot of people (mostly non-TRs) talk about how HR is going to replace TR in parties in PvE... Personally, I don't see that happening. HR's will have their role to play but I don't see them being able to replace a TR completely in the slightest.

And for anything else I could say, I think noxisst said it best with:

Was that not removed? I remember trying to check it for a friend to read them the exact description but when I was checking it, I couldn't find it anymore... I thought maybe it was removed? Maybe I just completely overlooked it...
