Server not responding....

OK this is getting old!. I get Server not responding at the WORST possible times like last boss during DD, a winning game at GG or pvp, etc... This also happens at random times pretty much anywhere I go and it happens often. Its getting to the point to where Im becoming unreliable and makes me not want to keep going. Unfortunately I have a lot invested and id rather find a fix before I quit all together. So, can anyone please tell me if there is a fix to this issue or something, because this is getting old quick! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

oh, and my internet connection works fine...

    That doesn't help at all though.

    They're just describing how to send reports on lag in that thread. It doesn't fix it in any way.

    But it does give the tech support team a look at how your connection from your PC to the game server is behaving. They're likely going to need that in case calls have to be made to regional ISPs to handle issues outside their own networks.

    I've been getting more disconnects, server not responding and random lag spikes than usual recently. Not sure why. I'll probably send a rubberbanding report in in the next few days if it doesn't get any better, my other games appear unaffected.

    server not responding is latency = lag = timeouts and has everything to do with networks communicating with each other. are you on a wired or wireless internet connection? are you on a shared network? is your internet provider having issues? are there any major hubs down? these are the kinds of questions you're going to answer for the support teams by providing them with the information requested from the above link. you can't just summarily conclude that the problem lies with pwe servers because if that were true, these forums would be flooded with users looking for answers in these threads. and by flooded, i mean not just 1-10 users.

    Same thing is happening to me! Im on a wired connection, not sharing the network with anyone. No the provider is not having issues. Not sure what a hub is let alone if it is down or not. And I hope that only having 1-10 users having this problem doesnt invalidate what is happening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now. If it has to happen again, the reinstall isnt going to happen.

    And it looks like there ARE more than 1-10 users with this problem :(

    It's quite normal in Neverwinter, I've tried to learn to live with it. Most other people who I know, also suffer from "server not responding" occasionally. And yeah it's annoying if it happens for example at boss fights. But what you can do? I've send quite many bug reports in this game and I know other people have too. Never heard that anyone got anything else as answer but some usual "unfortunately..." or something else that's copy/pasted from loads of tickets.

    I actually play other games too on NA servers, but on those other servers, never had any kind of problems there. Usualy our network connections from Finland are quite ok to other countries..

    Thank you all for the quick responses! tried the links, hopefully this will fix the problem but we will see. And I gambled this morning with mc DD and go figure, a fragment dropped exactly when I server lagged out :( I will work to get this fixed asap. Thanks again guys!

    usually i also can live with it but atm its up to 40 s not ms delay in server respond and never had such big problems before. Others in our guild have/had the same problem and all from EU, all US /Canadiens dont have issues.
