Fomorian Fabled Icon

After many runs in mc 2/3 or 3/3, about 700 seals of the dark fey dropped i've never seen the Fomorian Fabled Icon. Is there any known bug in the loot tables? Which boss drop the icon?

    I've seen it drop from all three bosses, but most commonly from King Mal(although I suppose I could be thinking about either of the DC formarian things).

    As far as I am aware, it only drops from Mr. Fulmino

    1st boss->GF shiled+Cw icon
    2nd boss->TR off hand-DC off hand
    3rd boss->GWF off hand.(rarest of all)

    I've seen GF shield and Cw icon many times from the first, tr offhand about 3-4 times and GWF offhand 2 times. Probabily i'm really unlucky

    You're just unlucky. I have seen the the icon drop 3 items, the wizard orb twice and the gwf trinket maybe twice. And yes, it's off of last boss.
