Can't log in to website or Arc from desktop.

1) I was playing Neverwinter when my power blinked. Upon getting back on, I couldn't log into Arc: my connection timed out on login.

2) I opened my web browser to get to the NW homepage. The connection timed out.

I'm here on my laptop, but my desktop is giving me a report whenever I try to load a Cryptic page:

"Reference #97.b0daf180.1383656205.21f8f84"

Note: I can log in to STO through Steam, but NW crashes when I attempt to run it without Arc, so I am stuck.

Attempting to get to the perfectworld support area throws back this:

Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Internal Server Error - Read
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I too had problems logging in.

Left "Liars" event on the 4th with 5 hours left, tried to log in this AM. Nothing!

ARC was not working, had to log into account on Forums then back to ARC which didn't "auto-log"

Closed ARC tried again, launcher did a !6.1 MB update, then did the "auto-log".

It seems to have cleared itself up at the moment, but there was definitely something wrong on Cryptic/PWE's side.
