Neverwinter Shard: Owlbear

What's the "Owlbear" Shard next to the preview shard on the launcher? It won't let me connect.
Level 60 GWF / Level 60 DC / Level 60 GF

    It is the current live build test server without the module 2 content , this is where future patches for live will be tested until after module 2 comes to live.

    Owlbear is the "alpha" server where Devs do their testing and refining before handing it to the players on preview.

    Preview is the "beta" server where patches get previewed by the players for feedback reasons, including finding bugs that Devs might have missed.

    In most cases a the patch on preview moves to live after a week.

    Yes that is what it is usually used for but like I already said , at the moment Owlbear is being used as the test server for the current live build while the preview server is being used to test Shadowmantle as said here - http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?516771-NW-10-20131018a-8-Shadowmantle-Preview-Patch-Notes&p=6396291&viewfull=1#post6396291
