It is the current live build test server without the module 2 content , this is where future patches for live will be tested until after module 2 comes to live.

Owlbear is the "alpha" server where Devs do their testing and refining before handing it to the players on preview.
Preview is the "beta" server where patches get previewed by the players for feedback reasons, including finding bugs that Devs might have missed.
In most cases a the patch on preview moves to live after a week.
