The game is really laggy; rubberbanding, stuttering and just generally laggy.

My computer can easily handle Neverwinter, and I already checked with my ISP, so the problem isn't on my end.


Where are the Neverwinter servers located?
And does PWE have any plans to upgrade them?

    Lag doesn't necessarily have to do with your computer or your ISP. There are a laundry list of reasons that can cause latency. Try performing some of these tests as outlined in this thread to see how your connection is performing from your PC to Cryptic's server.
