zen purchases not working!

watch out - two purchases via paypal complete on the paypal side but aren't registering on the perfectworld side! seems to be a problem on the website so I suspect it will be happening to others too.

    charge zen throws up 504 ... 404 and more errors guess the payment server has problems

    i'm actually having long delays accessing any perfect world website. i'm wondering if they're under a DDoS attack, but i haven't seen any announcements on their twitter page.

    I have been trying to buy zen for the last hour and cannot get the page to display,
    the drop down payment method.
    It just either keeps never ending loading,
    or just shows the menu without the drop down panel.

    Apart from that, as you have said, it seems as though all PW sites and forums are the same.
    Its taken me nearly twenty minutes to get this post to work.

    Me as well here.
    Received some Zen as a birthday gift - and PW has taken the money, but no Zen yet.
    Ah well, my owl bear dreams can wait till they fix things~

    Im stopping trying till its fixed.
    Dont want to take the chance of it <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> up.
    Will wait till we get official word on the subject.

    I have just tried to purchase zen through Paypal and it wont show up in my wallet even though it is supposed to be cleared
    I even have gotten the Paypal receipt in my email

    Hopefully they fix the problem soon and honor all payments

    Worst part is, that with no-one being in the office at weekends,
    we are going to have to wait until tomorrow sometime,
    before its even acknowledged and investigated.

    hi i have buy zens too via paypal and the transaction don't show on my personnal account page , i think something is wrong .

    just did a peanut labs survey to see if it would push the transaction through but it still didn't show the paypal purchase just the 32 zen from the survey

    I'm fairly sure this is something for customer service, not bug reports. And I think this http://techsupport.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?f=366 is where you need to go. I'd suggest contact a moderator like Zebular or ambisinisterr for the absolute correct information on where to report this / request assistance.

    No. The link works, all of PWE websites have been having lag/timeout/error issues today.

    I would not have posted it if it didn't work for me to begin with.

    Yes its working now, four hours after my post.!!

    Can anyone confirm, if the charge zen is working yet, please.?

    My purchase from yesterday has gone through now, probably just some stupid delay thing

    There were some delays with PW websites last night but they appear to have been cleared up. If you have not received your ZEN within 24 hours from your transaction, please submit a billing support ticket via the website or contact CS by email at customerservice@perfectworld.com
