How do I buy more character slots?

I currently have five characters, and wanted to test a drow. But... how? When I try to click "Buy character slots", all I get is a "This character is unable to purchase this item". Is five the max you can have, or am I missing something here? It doesn't matter which character I chose when trying to buy more slots, btw.

    Log into any one of your characters and buy it in the zen store. The button on the character select screen doesn't work.

    I believe the max is 50 characters.

    Ah, I see. I used the Buy Character-button when I bought the other three, so I figured it would work now, too. ;) Thanks.
