New character on the test shard

I barely play the test shard, but would like to test out the hunter ranger class now. I may be stupid, but I can't seem to find a way to start a new character on the test shard so I can test out that class. Can anyone help me out here?
Dragon Server

Ragnos Fireborn - 18.7k GWF Half-Elf
Eva Darkblood - 13.8k TR Elf
Venger Force of Evil - 13.7k CW Tiefling
Azaghal Belegost - 16.5k GF Dwarf
Drak'ar - 13.3k HR Drow
Roghthar Darkspawn - 11.5k SW Human

    Do you have a bunch of copied characters on the preview server? If so, delete them until the create new character button shows up.

    The way preview is set up. There is no way to increase your available characters beyond the default two.(Slots paid for via packages also count) Copying a character bypasses this restriction, but it is still present. So to create a new character you need to be sure your total number of characters is less then this.

    i did copy my character to neverwinter preview , but now i have two copy's of mij character , and when i try to delete one ( cuz i want to make a new character) i can't :(

    Are you sure you are typing in the name right? Remember that copies after the first one after a number after them so the second copy will be called X 1 where X is the name of the character.

    thats the problem i just can't delete it not one of them :(

    You need to retype in your characters name into the confirmation window EXACTALY this includes any extra numbers added by the copy function.

    ow nvm . i closed it and it was patching again , and now it does work :D thanks anyway ^^
