I found just one of these seals in Sharandar in 3 weeks time. How and where do I find more of these Seals?

The 3 main bosses in MC drop these seals. Sometimes a seal can be found in the chest in the final dungeons of each Sharandar area.

Neverwinter Anniversary Montage
Protector's Jubilee Speech
Oh the Carnage
