A Lasting Darkness

WOW. I've had this problem for a very long time now. My Character Selection Screen has been dark for what seems an eternity now. I've read other people reporting's on this matter in Forem's, but no one has really found a salution for it. PLEASE help fix this issue? I need to get back to my game. It's been forever. I've been killing time in STO, but I need to play Neverwinter lol;)
