    They have told us that they are working on it and they have tried multiple fixes. Don't get your panties in a bunch. If you properly send in a bug report, they will get back to you. Forums are mainly for players and, though devs have seen and acknowledged this board, it is never guaranteed that they will look at the board. You have to take the time to send them a proper, non-rude bug report in order to 100% get any feedback. It's just how it works.

    Anyway, I am running Windows 7 and also cannot join the preview server. It patched fine, but when I get to the Cryptic loading screen it completely crashes out.

    I'm having the same problem at first it was an error that kicked me out of the game and now the launcher is failing.... very annoying I've tried everything I can think off to try and solve the problem.... I've had no luck yet I also have windows 7. So frustrated considering ditching the game altogether that's how annoyed I am........:mad: Just got to lvl 60 too sooo angry.......
