I've got a few ideas that could help improve the game.
First of all, I (and many people I know) would LOVE to see a 'disenchanting' ability.
What I mean by this is that the enchants you fuse (let's say a lesser vorpal enchantment) isn't really working out and you want your coalescent ward back, you just dis-fuse it and the coal ward comes back but the shards are destroyed.
Secondly, the Dungeon Delves event needs to be revised.
Most people work from 8AM - 4PM so they probably have time for 1 DD (or none depending on when it is). I'm thinking that you should take the 6 hour interval and reduce it by 2 or 3 hours. This will allow people to enhance their character much faster.
Lastly, an 'Un-Binding'' Scroll that can be purchased for Zen. The idea for this is that a new item is added to the Zen store that allows players to Unbind items that are currently bound to them. But, you must make the cost high enough so that not all items can be unbound. For example, if you want to unbind a chest piece you've had for a long time and the current Auction house listing is 500,000 Astral Diamonds. the Unbinding scroll should be AT LEAST half of that amount.
Thanks guys for considering my ideas I hope you find them interesting.

They have already said they have plans to make changes to dungeon delves.
1. Un-fusing: I would like to see this on Preview shard, so you can easily test equivalent ranks or lower of enhancements, but not the Live game since it impacts on the longevity of the game. Having it on Preview shard would also encourage more people to use the test server, which only benefits the game further.
2. Practical Dungeon Rewards: yes, this needs to be seriously looked at but since it is tightly integrated into the overall loot system, which many consider seriously lacking in parts, it would be best if they took a serious look at it from the bottom up, redesigning where necessary. In particular, there also needs to be an incentive to kill trash (or at least an unavoidable disincentive not to, though I suspect this much harder).
3. Unbinding Items: I would much rather see an expansion of Bind on Account awards, which also mitigates multiple free account creation without penalizing, rather than having the ability to unbind anything in the game, which would disproportionately reward hardcore 24/7 or P2W players or botters.
