Blacklake district help?

Ran out quests in Blacklake, Did the hazel ones with the sludge and alchemy supplies. Did the Zoey ones, up to Cornering Karzov, then after that, I go nothing, no markers, no path, nothing, ended up[ going back to main map and seeing Knox and he sent me onto the Tower District. Wasn't I supposed to kill Karzov?

    Now your suppose to chase Karzov in a building on the other side of the fountain by the lake. There's a Religious statue in front of it. Hit the Z key if no trail is present.

    ....oh and talk to Zoey again to start it.

    Ok, I will give that a shot, I could not find zoey and the map had nothing listed on it. Nothing in my journal about an active quest either, I dunno.
