Wicked Reminder is an AoE, that is a fact.

AoE is Area of Effect. Area of Effect presumes that skill covers some area on the ground, to simplify it for you. Blitz is aoe, WoB is aoe too. WR is not an aoe. AoE skill is not the same that "skill that can hit multiple mobs in melee range if they are all stacked into single hitbox". It can be called "cleave" at much. And get real. No TR will use WR to hit many mobs intentionally, because a lot of preparations and perfect scenario will be needed from several classes just to make this real. And using WR in clearing dungeons' process is kinda unreasonable.

And, just for the records, I can hardly consider Path of the Blades as an AoE as well since it can only hit one target at time. It's basically a phisical body dot that spreads around you at mid-range. In my case, it deals rougly 20k dmg regardless the number of mobs it hits. I guess that true AoE skills are supposed to scale their damage with the number of target hit.

What is the point of having Shield after so many nerfs?

    Damage reduction is still useful.

Then make it be a "Shield" and not a "Hard Skin", because currently it only hold 1 attack.

So you want to be a CW with the survive-ability of a GF, Yeah that'd go over well wouldn't it?
Even a flimsy shield is still a shield.
