Cannot tip foundries any more?!

The title says it all I was in the mood today and played a lot of foundries but the last 5 i was not allowed to tip. It was by authors I did not tip that day (all were unknown to me and it was always the first foundry I played). Some were in beta, some normal ones. Is there a bug or anything a certain amount of tips u can give per day? Because I love giving tips to nice foundries and I dont know what is going on :/.

    You can only tip 3 times a day. Not a bug, it's a barricade to avoid stupid spending or something like that.
