Feat - Scoundrels training

Hello,

Does anyone know if going into stealth breaks a enemies targeting? The feat scoundrels training requires that the rouge not be targeted, but I have found that some mobs follow you even while stealthed so not sure if the actual targeting is broken/disengaged to make it worth taking scoundrels training.

Thanks

Seems like some mobs do see through the Stealth and wih the "new" hardtarget option its kinda usless if anyone sees u so i will prolly change that for Disciple of Strenght on lvl 60 when i respec my char, encounters will then have somethin of it too not only the at-wills...

Edit: As of the Duelist Flurry on a boss if the boss isnt targeting u then 9% more damage is a lot, but its all up to u if u gonna play more pvp or pve and if u are goin dex/str build or dex/cha etc. :D or u could take both if ur human with the xtra 3 points so u benefit from both...

One other question about this: Anyone know if it's active all the time while stealthed in PvP?
    Guild Master of <Enemy Team>

Sure as long as noone is targeting u perma build could use this feat since they dont get out of stealth almost none of the time so it benefits them, and with the Scoundrel Feats it would benefit the most coz of the added dmg on CoS and SF...just my oppinion
