I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but I couldn't find the answer. Do the profession times from using green/blue/purple assets -- i.e. adventurer, hero -- like actually reduce the crafting time correctly?
Example:
Destroy Enemy Camp normally takes 12 hours according to the Gateway. When I had an Adventurer (+25% to crafting time) to it as the initial asset, it reduces the time to 9 hours and 36 minutes. This is a 2 hour and 24 minute reduction. Now, I'm not a math wiz, but I'm pretty sure that is less than a 25% reduction. Rather, it is only a 20% reduction.
Then, when I add a second adventurer (+25 %) as a supporting asset, it reduces the time to 8 hours. This is a 1 hour and 36 minute reduction. However, this is also less than a 25% reduction of 9 hours and 36 minutes. Rather, it is only a 17% reduction from 9 hours and 36 minutes. (It is even less of a reduction from the base time of 12 hours, but I don't think that is how they are meant to work given that the numbers appear to calculate separately).
Initially, I thought maybe the tooltips were just wrong, but given that there appears to be a difference between using the adventurer as the main assert or as a supporting asset, that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyone have any insight on this?

A 25% speed increase isn't the same as a 25% time decrease.
Think of it like driving - going twice as fast (ie 100% speed increase) doesn't get you there instantly, but in half the time.
Yes, it's the normal time divided by (1+increase) so 12/(1+.25)=9.6 or 9 hours and 36 minutes. Four blue workers would be a speed increase of 100%, so the time would be cut in half.
