Elven Battle enchantment....

Question, have any GWF tried the effect of Elven Battle Enchantment+ 3 points in Steal Grace.
With a perfect EBE+3points in Steal Grace+Halfling the effect could be fun in pvp so just wounder if anybody tried it yet.

    I believe perfect battle is broken ie not working but greater should be
