At this point we all know they are doing this on purpose because people complained about this before with the tif gifts...what is the point of having so much rAD if you can only refine 24k daily?
All it does it give people a reason to actually buy AD from them AD sellers since it is faster than refining 24k daily and cheaper than buying a pack with AD included.
There are stuff like teleport scrolls that people don't buy because the don't think it is worth it.
If they could refine more AD meaning the got more AD the could spend it easier.
Lower the chances of a identify scroll being dropped more reason for people to buy them with AD.
Introduce more items that needs too be bought with AD from the bazaar that will balance it!
