I have been playing since early Alpha as a GF and have yet to find a belt that I really feel is with going after. Right now I run both Knight Captain and Timeless sets on my GF toon and am wondering what to use as a belt for the best Regen?
The following belts I have in my possession:
Reinforced Frostpelt Girdle: +600 HP +125 Regen +150 Life steal
Belt of Sildeyuir: +320 HP +80 Regen +80 Life steal
+80 ArP
+80 Recov
+80 Deflect
Ancient Priest's Belt: +616 HP
+154 ArP +154 Life steal
Having gotten up to 1629ArP @ 18DEX on my GF, I don't think the added ArP would be as useful and thus why my Ancient Priest's Belt is set to be retired.
Both the Belt of Sildeyuir and Thickgristle look the best to me... Sildeyuir for polishing existing stats, Thickgristle for max regen.
So, for someone who casually PvP's only for dailies (GG & 5v5) and PvE's the rest of the time I am having difficulties deciding.
What do you use and why?

Piercing Berserker for pugs.
Berseker Belt of Youth for premade offensive.
Thickgristle for premade defensive.
Smiting Nefarious for PvE dps.
Thickgristle for PvE kiting.
I have quite a few sets and change between them according to context.
I have never been into Life Steal builds, so I cannot compare them to what I use.

Piercing Berserker for pugs. +133 Crit, +243 ArP
Berseker Belt of Youth for premade offensive.+133 crit, +133 ArP, +110 Regen
Thickgristle for premade defensive.
Smiting Nefarious for PvE dps. +243 Power, +133 Crit
Thickgristle for PvE kiting.

I already carry around a Timeless and KC set with a "Piercing Berserker" for PvP and my Ancient Priests for PvE... could not imagine carrying more than that lol

Nor am I, but I find having a little to be useful none the less. Thickgristle seems like the most useful for Tanking bosses in PvE, but I had not thought of using a "Berseker Belt of Youth" until you just mentioned it. May have to look at that one now lol.

Nope... All Epic lvl 60 purple belts have Defensive slots. Only blues, like fondlez mentioned have offensive slots.
