How to change the Foundry presentation picture

I hope that's what its called, probably not but it fits, but what I want to do is change the picture that is presented in the foundry when it is searched, I have noticed that a lot of them have just the basic foundry XP pic, while some of them have an actual locational picture, I cannot for the life of me find out where to change that pic to something that I want for my individual quests, I can change the Campaign pic just fine but not individual quests.

If I recall correctly it is based on whichever "icon" you've selected and placed on the overland map.
