Party Leader switches automatically after leaving dungeon instance

As the title says, game tends to switch from the original party leader to a new one after completing a dungeon which is very annoying when an event is on. People want to immediatly requeue but the new leader switches to a completely different dungeon or goes afk without noticing the change.
This also applies to skirmishes.
