Unable to patch.

So I try to log in today. It tries to patch files. I get the following error:

Error 36: A file was locked that could not be open for writing. Restarting in...

It doesn't tell me which file is locked. I restart. Same error. I kill every background running program I can. I even disable the anti-virus. Same error. I un-install the game. Re-install. Same error. Any ideas?

I sent in a support ticket, but anyone with experience with customer support knows how long that takes and more often than not, they're no help.

    Same problem for me 29/10/2013 with the new patch

    Same problem here for the 11/7/2013 parch.
