Yes this needs to be fixed!! The cooldown is like 1 minute now making the whole thing useless, please devs you said you are taking a look at the enchantment already back in august now please do something about it! You even added it to the new lockboxes, the cooldown should be lowered to somewhere around the tenebrous cooldown, not 1 minute.

It should be something like 10 charges, then it triggers... That would be more usefull.
As a GF, I often get hit 10 times per second, and can take thousands of hp in dmg per second... so for a normal enchant, 497 hp could help but if that triggers once a mn, who cares... I'd rather drink a potion with a 10s cooldown and get 6000 hp...
I don't understand how they release enchants that do not work, and still were not fixed after 3 months... that's just bad prioritization.
