Lurker's rotation

I have a question about the optimal Lurker's rotation. My TR is a 4th alt, so I don't play it very often and I've found that I'm not really sure how to maximize this daily. Specifically, should I be maintaining WR stacks or just spamming DF? How do you maximize your Lurker uptime?

    with the lurkers nerf your base damage is not boosted as high as previously, so the main benefit of lurkers is that it maintains your stealth. The bonuses from stealth being +25% crit severity (executioner feats) and +20x (depending on charisma bonus/feats) dmg from combat advantage from any direction due to stealth. Yes it adds +25% base damage, but if you use encounters that break stealth then the +25% dmg is the only advantage it gives you.
