Feywild boons???

Have an idea i like to test but its related to the 400 dam/heal proc you get from feywild boon progress.
Anybody have some data about how often it procs when it comes to the 400 dam and heal from hit and the 400 deflect heal ?
I also wounder if using Briar armor ench would count is hitting mobs and would proc these boons and the same for weapon lighning ench.

Many thanks in advance if some would be kind enough to share some data.

    All those proccing boons have a 1 minute cooldown, just like the equivalent enchants (where available).

    ok just lol ..
    So once every 1 min you get a chanse to either do wopping 400 dam on a hit or get healed by the amazing amount of 400hp!!!

    ONCE every 1 MIN !!!
    Talk about reward impressive.

    Before this change it was 10% of power as damage or 30% of your defense as heal. They want to 'reward' the player better... How it help me more now with over 4k def? The 10% power change was a bit improvement i think, but the heal...

    "reward" its so pathetic its actually an insult !!
    I selfheal 1400/3sec in defence gear potions heal 8500 and you get 400 heal once every min as a '''''boon
