Launcher getting stuck in a neverending loop..cant access game

For 3 days now, I cannot get past the launcher, it just get's indefinately stuck at scanning files, for the past month this process has been getting longer and longer.

I have a SSD drive, i have made sure i dont have any of the conflicting applications, teamspeak etc, I have disabled anti-virus, and all the various tricks..

from the console, it spouts this message in a neverending loop...
