mobile version of Gateway unable to move past initial professions offering

I am using an Apple 4s and I have not upgraded to the i7 os yet (too many people telling me it screwed them up) but since patch that broke the ability to change toons, I have not been able to get past the initial offering of tasks. So, I will load up leadership (as an example) and it will present me 5 tasks. If i try to scroll to see the next set of tasks, it will just hang and they never come up. So I can swap between Lowest sort and highest sort to get a few different options, but mostly when using my phone, i am limited to this first page of tasks.

Anyone else getting this? I have not tried the 'reload' option that was a work around for changing toons, but I assume that will take me back to the initial load screen.

same with iphone 5 on ios6 and 7. doesn't work with safari. chrome browser on iphone can handle this in most of the cases though.

Android Gingerbread handling it just fine (I use the Firefox browser)
