This is a important part of the game. The queue system needs to be fixed.
Here are my possible fixes:
1 When a player queue's into a dung pvp match or anything in game. Sometimes ,well most of the time, that player will be joined with a group. That group either had a team member dropped and quits or there will be one player that declines. Instead of the queue starting all over have it pick up the missing class, and keep the partial group queued. I believe that will speed up the process.
2 When a team is queued don't break up the team let the queue fill the spot. There are a couple ways that you could do this. One let the team request the class that they are looking for threw a opt. Two have the leader of the team pick the available character class.
3 Here is something else that would make the process faster. Have the queue system utilize all servers. We are all using the same system for the same content. by syncaronizing all the bonus times for ie: skirms, dung delves, ect. this i believe would not only make the system faster, but easier for the system to pick or fill spots with the correct class/lvl.
