Possible DD glitch?

Ok so Im currently in MC and my team started at the 50 minute mark of DD however me and one other person dont have the chest unlocked and was wondering if this is an actual bug? or if anyone else has it? because there is no way that I shouldnt have the chest at all.

Did you relog after the DD Time ran out? If so, you loose the chest.

This happened to me at least twice already.
no logging out, nothing out of the ordinary (except a few deaths, maybe.)
