I ran into a small pathing bug with the final solo quest in the tower district, Fists of Warband. In fight with Drogthu Elfeater my healer companion stayed at the bottom of the stairs and provided on help through the fight. After I used the key to open the door back to the mess hall, my healer ran all the way back around the way I came, instead of following me through the door.
