I'm right now a lvl 60 TR with decent gear, but I'm right now looking what to get next to become great. I hope you can look over what my plans are and give me feedback if thats a good start or total <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. And I know this is gonna take forever to get (or a substantial ammount of money) but it's a long term goal
Head, Armor, Arms, Feet: a Mix of 2 Sinister Shade and Master Assassin.
Ring: 2x Pyrotechnic Ring
Necklace: Ancient Fugitives Necklace of Revolt (or some Exorcist which has the same stats)
Waist: Ancient Fugitives Belt of Revolt
Pants and Shirt: Gemmed Trickster Emboided Shirt and Pants
Main and Off Hand: Iceshard Dagger
Makes a total of
3 Utility Slots,
2 Defensive and
7 Offensive
Enchantments I Plan:
Utility: Silver (Don't really know what else...)
Defense: Dark
Offense: 2 Dark, 2 Azure, 3 Radiant
Companion: Ion Stone of Allure
Offensive Slots: Eldritch Runestone
Defensive: Empowerd Runestone (again, not quite sure what makes sense there...)
Icon: Grand Dragon Eye Symbol with Azure Enchantment
Ring: Pyrotechnic Ring with Dark Enchantment
Neck: Ancient Fugitives Necklace of Revolt with Radiant Enchantment
That all should sum up (more or less) to 6700 Power, 4300 Critical and 2600 Armor Penetration.
So, what are your thoughts on that? Reviews, Critics or improvments are welcomed!

Eldritch runestones in all slots is the best. Put the highest rank into defensive slot.
mhh end game would be either ancients or fomorians and then ur probably better off farming the GG weapons and using them till then as they are basically free, just need to do enough GG dailies. These have better damage and come with a almost a dark rank8 in arp.
actually its 3 defensive slots (pants,chest, belt) and one less offensive. I see ur not stacking any defense or +hp in those defensive slots u should really consider getting a solid ehp base for that deflect to be usefull or ur gona be oneshot in harder dungeons whenever u dont deflect.
silvery? why? dont u think moovespeed will be better?
are u lowish on dex? why do u need 4300 crit? it really starts to diminish returns hard at about 3k. I just need like 3.3k to hit 50%chc with 25 dex(unbuffed) id say tone that a bit down so u have 1k more stats to redistribute to other stats that will be more beneficial. Also 2600 arp is a bit over the 24% mark u could settle with around 50 less or so too.
And thats what I get confused about! So, I read somewhere to get Crit to 50%, Arm. Pen. to 25% and than all Power/Defense. I've got 25 Dex right now without buff so what should my rating be to get to those? I just calculated that for Crit I need around 3500 and for Arm. Pen. around 2400. Is that correct?
And I just looked in the AH for stats and Equipment, haven't been able to get higher in Sharandar or GG so far (sad, I know...).
So basically the Head, Armor, Arms and Feet is OK. Ring, Neck and Belt should be fine too and Shirt and Pants are only 1 to pick from, so it comes down to redistributing the Weapons and the Enchantment/Runestones.
Anybody got a good Equipment (maybe even a screenshot) what is a top of the notch build? I'm not looking to be the best, but among them so I can help my guild and be an efficient Player.

Are you sure you are figuring your numbers correctly?
I am using all Rank 7 Darks in my offensive, running roughly the same exact gear set you mentioned, minus the rings and jewelry on the companion.(my ioun stone lvl 30). and I am no where near the stats you are talking about.
Are you putting rank 10's in everything?
OK, for example power:
Head: 279
Armor: 434
Arms: 279
Feet: 279
-> Bonus through the equipment 450
Both Daggers: 1794
Rings: 250
Waist: 220 (Radaint Enchantment)
Neck: 374 (154 base + Radiant Enchantment)
Shirt: 77
Pants: 77
Adds up to 4513 Power. Plus 250 from the Boons. Than again the Ion Stone with the Icon which gives an additional 1614 and the Necklace again with 374. Should come together to 6876. Am I calculating that right??
With everything else I can just say I haven't figured out what Score in lets say Critical Chance I need to get 1% up.
edit: Oh, I calculated everything with Rank 8 Enchantments and Runestones.
That seems right then with rank 8's...
I highly recomend not wasting any offensive slots on Azure(please dont do that), its a waste and you'll be pissed if you do it.
Dark enchants in utility for the movement...Movement is awesome, everything else sucks big time.
I'd try and get to 25%dmg reduction so using Azure for defense, then slot silvery for deflection in the rest of your defensive slots.
Yeah you might be right. Though after you reach arp cap it is different story in which slot is the highest rank the most valuable.
The Equipment itself hasn't changed, so its the same type of Equipment, only the Runestones and the Enchants have changed:
3 Defense Slots, all of which will be Azure Enchantments
2 Utility Slots, all of which are gonna be Dark Enchantments
6 Offense Slots, all of which are gonna be Radiant Enchantments
For the Runestones on my Companion:
2 Offense Slots gonna be Eldritch Runestone
1 Defense Slot gonna be Profane Runestone
Sums up to 7536 Power, 3705 Crit and 2434 Arm.Pen.
I was thinking about swapping the 450 Crit Boost from the Sinister Shade Equipment for the Swashbuckeling Captain for the 450 Recovery Boost. Dies that make sense?
Optionally you could adjust the Azure Enchants for Dark/Silvery.
More then 3500 Crit is a waste (3300 seems to hit the 50% crit)
but still 3300-3500 max. other then that your golden imo.
Granted I'm at work so not able to look at the exact stats as I don't remember them by heart.
But, it still doesn't seem right to me.
I am using almost identical gear, minus your rings. Which mine have more power on them(ancient cleaving). I had to enchant every offense slot I have in order to get my arp to 24.7%. Using all rank 7 Dark's.
I don't see how you are reaching that ArP number, and having that disgustingly huge Power. I want to see what your stats are when you equip everything.
I know guys with roughly the same set up, running rank 10's...and I don't think I've ever seen power over 6800(unbuffed) on a TR. Not saying its impossible, I just am interested to see the final result.
But if those stats don't diminish at some point, i.e. some gear gives you 154 Power increase but in the stats it's only like additional 70, I should be around that.
Let's just try it for Arm. Pen.:
No bonus with the Head, Armors, Arms and Feet Gear.
Iceshard Dagger (twice): 225/450
Pyrotechnic Ring (once without Dark Enchantment): 125
Pyrotechnic Ring (once with 220 + Arm. Pen. through Rank 8 Dark Enchantment): 345
Ancient Fugitives Belt / Necklace of Revolt (both add 154: 308
Pants and Shirt (Gemmed Embroided, both add 77): 154
Companion: Ion Stone (without it's base stats)
Twice the Eldritch Runestone Rank 8: 440

So is there something else to consider in these calculations? If not, adding all together gives me the numbers, I made a Excel Table for that XD
