Bug: Unable to set appear/disappear settings in Foundry items

Just logged into my Foundry to do some work on my latest quest and I am unable to change the appear/disappear settings on anything. Newly placed or existing items. When I click on the box, there is no drop down options, the box highlights, but that is all, you can click it repeatedly and it will highlight, and then drop focus, then rehighlight. Settings that were set prior to this patch, seem to still be set, but I can not change these either.
